Our hard services include concrete and asphalt repairs, handyperson services, painting services, and minor capital and remedial works. These services are delivered with defined scope, safety controls and coordinated project management to support operational continuity.

Soft Services
Our soft services are designed to protect people, property and presentation standards within live operational environments. This includes security patrols and guarding, concierge services, commercial cleaning and the provision of skilled labour to support construction and maintenance activities. Services are delivered in accordance with WHS obligations, client-defined SLAs and structured reporting requirements.

Property Maintenance
First People Facilities Management provides comprehensive property maintenance services across planned, reactive and grounds maintenance programs. Our services include scheduled maintenance programs, responsive call-outs and external area upkeep to support asset longevity and compliance requirements. Maintenance delivery is supported by defined mobilisation processes, risk controls and performance reporting aligned with client expectations.
How We Work
Site Assesment
We conduct a site inspection prior to commencement to confirm scope, access requirements and operational constraints. This includes identifying WHS and environmental risks to ensure works can be delivered safely and compliantly.
Service Planning
Following assessment, we develop a tailored service plan aligned to client requirements and service standards. Planning includes scheduling, resourcing and site-specific risk controls.
Reporting & Communication
We provide clear communication throughout the service period, including confirmation of completed works. Reporting and documentation are supplied as required to support transparency and accountability.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered by trained personnel in accordance with WHS legislation, site procedures and agreed performance outcomes. Works are completed efficiently with minimal disruption to facility operations.
